Narnia: Voyage Of The Dawn Treader

Am I the only one who was totally unaware that The Voyage of the Dawn Treader is coming out this December 10th? I saw a preview for it on TV the other day, and I can't wait to see it! How exciting.

The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader was always one of my favorite books in the Narnia series - maybe because it was so fantastical, and I loved seeing what would occur on the next island they sailed to. Plus the sweet water near the end of the world was totally fascinating to me. And I love Eustace's transformation through the book.

If any of you have never read the Chronicles of Narnia, you are missing out. Seriously.

I'm really looking forward to the movie! Maybe I can talk my family into seeing it on opening weekend . . .

P.S. Urgent: Please read this post and pray for this girl who's scheduled for an abortion today, that she'd change her mind. Maybe it's just because I'm pregnant, but she and her babies have really been on my heart since I read about her in that post yesterday.

Haha, there's been a billboard on my commute for a few weeks with Aslan on it that says "He returns Dec. 10." If it weren't for that, I probably would have forgotten about it.

I am VERY excited about this movie! They usually come out around the holidays, and my whole family has gone together every time. Now I'm thinking maybe I'll try to read all the books before I go see this one...shouldn't take that long. The only one I really remember is The Magician's Nephew.

I also had no idea!!! It's so funny because I LOVE Chronicles of Narnia... I thought they weren't going to end up doing another movie, and then all of a sudden there was an ad on TV! Can't wait :) I am also praying for that girl. It breaks my heart! I hope she'll know love and forgiveness and grace no matter what choice she makes, but I really do hope that she chooses life for her baby.

I have been looking forward to this movie for months! My family always goes to see a movie the day after Christmas and I'm positive this will be the one we'll see. ;)

Loved reading these books growing up and Andrew and I trying to go back through and read them together.

Yessss!!! I'm so excited for it! I've been looking for the release date since the last one came out, so I've known for a while it would be released in December ;) But that's just because I am so excited for this one! I love the Narnia series and can't wait until our kids are old enough for us to read it to them!

Had NO idea about the movie! Yay! I loved this book, too. One of my most favorite in the series.
So sad about the girl...will pray.

I am sooo excited for this movie, this was my favorite book in the serious and it looks like that did an amazing job with it. When I first heard it was coming out I was disappointed because it comes out on my due date, but it looks like I may get to see it before the baby comes!
