A Merry Little Christmas Giveaway

I thought that this year, in order to spread some Christmas cheer, I'd do a little mini giveaway on my blog! Here are the prizes:

A copy of The Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. If you've never read it, this is the time of year to jump into it. I read it a few years ago at Christmas time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Two Christmas ornaments. I picked red and gold, because I figured that would go with most trees.

A box of Nutcracker Sweet tea! Only the best Christmas tea ever. Especially when you drink it while eating chocolate.

And a bar of Ghirardelli Peppermint Bark. I got hooked on Peppermint bark after winning a tin of it at my office's Christmas party last year, and I couldn't resist adding it to the giveaway!

Here's how to enter:

1. Leave me a comment telling me your favorite Christmas treat or favorite Christmas movie.

You'll get extra entries if:

1. You are a public follower of my blog (see that little box off to the right).

2. You follow me on Twitter.

Please let me know in your comments if you do follow me so I don't forget to add your extra entries into the pot!

The giveaway will close on Friday at 11:59 PM. I'll announce the winner on Saturday so I can get this sent out by next Monday - then it should get there just in time for Christmas!

I make an eggnog cheesecake bars around this time of year. I love cheesecake and eggnog and well while they are both rather high in calories this way I can have them in just little bars.
SO so good.

mmm so many Christmas favorites, so little time... I love William Sonoma's peppermint bark (though I can never stomach the cost and always eat like five of the freebies everytime I go to the store) but have never tried Ghiradelli's peppermint bark. Favorite homemade Christmas treats include homemade sugar cookies, peppermint truffles, hopscotch crunchies and cherry coconut bars. Favorite Christmas movies are White Christmas and Polar Express.

I am also a public follower and a twitter follower!

My favorite Christmas treat has to be my mom's soft ginger cookies. She would ice them in many flavors and colors, and my sister and I would decorate them with all kinds of the sprinkles. The best cookies were the last ones, with all the leftover icing and sprinkles. It was a mishmash of colors and flavors, but they were the first ones we went for!

Oh, and I'm a public follower. What a great giveaway!
