What I Think About Laundry

Today I'm doing a guest post for Julie at Back To The Basics! Julie and I have been blogging friends for a over a year now, and I was so flattered when she asked. I love reading about her sweet family!

And what did I decide to do my guest post on? Here's a little excerpt:

First of all, thank you Julie for having me! I love reading Julie's blog, and I am so honored to be doing a guest post for her!

Ever since Julie asked me to do a guest post, I've been desperately attempting to come up with something to write about. Nothing was coming to me. I've never drawn such a blank when trying to think of a post.

I was thinking about it again one night last week, because my window of opportunity was quickly closing, and I asked my husband what he thought I should write about. He quickly said I should write about lint.

Lint? Obviously he was joking, and he did get a chuckle out of me. But since I'm desperate, I'm taking it and running with it. Except about laundry, not lint.

loved the guest post! great metaphor!! I may be really weird...I don't mind even folding...it's the putting away that drives me crazy. We have FOLDED clean clothes piled...but not put away. Weird, huh?

Glad to see I'm not alone in the love/hate relationship with laundry! :)

Finally, someone who understands! I don't mind laundry, but I too HATE folding it! Mostly because I can't do a neat job of it, and I just don't care to much to try.

Luckily for me, my significant other does the laundry folding...he spent a year in the german army and folds it into neat little squares. Yay for me!

Loved your guest post. I'm the same way with laundry. I'll wash and dry all you want, but folding and putting it away, I definitely procrastinated that! :-x
